- A service’s main operation (for example persona/check or guardrail/check) is one unit. Lookups and CRUD calls (reads, deletes, card and session changes) are 0.1 unit.
- The Character API is priced per 1,000 tokens.
- Conversation analytics: ingest is $0.002 per 1,000 events, assess is $0.002 per assessed turn, and reports are 0.1 unit ($0.0002) per call.
- End-user data deletion: any key with a write scope can delete an end user’s data. A live call costs 0.1 unit ($0.001); sandbox calls are free.
