SOLUTIONS / EVENT AWARENESS

Keep the character in the scene.

Event awareness connects game events, story progress and real-world or app events, such as a birthday, an exam or the weather, to the character’s response context. Each event keeps a time anchor (“yesterday”, “in three days”) in the user’s time zone, so it is interpreted within the scene rather than pasted into the conversation as unrelated text.

TECHNOLOGY IN FOCUS

Make the world part of the conversation.

Notice a change. Bring it into context.

A conceptual animation explaining the technology, not a live API demonstration.

Why this layer matters.

A character feels disconnected when the world changes but the conversation does not.
